Terms of Service

By creating an account on Cyberyami HRM you agree to these Terms. If you are signing up on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation.

Note: this is a placeholder. The final Terms of Service will be reviewed by counsel before launch and will replace this content.

We provide a Human Risk Management platform that lets you run phishing simulations, deliver security awareness training, and compute per-user risk scores. Specific feature availability depends on your subscription plan.

• Phishing simulations may only target employees of organisations you control or are explicitly authorised to test. Targeting third parties is prohibited.
• No illegal content, malware distribution, or harassment.
• You are responsible for the actions of users you provision into your workspace.
• No reverse-engineering, scraping, or circumventing rate limits.

• Free plans are free for as long as the plan exists. We may discontinue free plans with 30 days notice.
• Paid plans bill monthly or annually in advance. Upgrades are prorated; downgrades take effect at the end of the current cycle.
• Refunds are issued at our discretion. Annual plans cancelled before the renewal date are refunded prorata for unused months minus a processing fee.
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice; existing customers are grandfathered for the remainder of their current term.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your workspace settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or fail to pay on time, after providing reasonable notice except for severe abuse.

On termination, you have 30 days to export your data before it is permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months prior to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

We may update these Terms occasionally. Material changes are announced via email and an in-product banner at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
